The Role

As one of two Client Services Managers, your key responsibilities will include:

- Client Communication and Support

- ATO Liaison

- Team Coordination and Management

A high level of soft skills is required to effectively manage the team and communicate with clients.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in working with Xero

Advanced Word and Excel skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Minimum of 4 years' administration experience within a public practice accounting environment

Executive presence

Detailed knowledge of accounting processes
