Due to continued growth of our operations, we are currently seeking a Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join the team at our Parramatta office.

About the role

As a Intermediate/Senior Accountant, you will work with the Partner and be mentored in all aspects of business services and taxation work in the profession.

Specifically, you will:

· Prepare financial statements, business activity statements, income tax returns and Fringe benefits tax returns

· Management Accounting

· Preparation of analysis reports for clients businesses

· Attend to Corporate Register changes and maintenance

· Liaise with clients and with the ATO

· Review Xero/MYOB/Handisoft, computerize account information

· Assist clients with queries and problem solving

About you

· Completed your Degree in Business/Economics/Accounting and either studying the Ca/CPA program or have already completed

· Must have at least 3 years experience in a professional practice in Australia.

· Exceptional time management and communication skills

· Able to think laterally with good problem solving skills

· Confident, warm, and professional presentation

· Knowledge of PC use (i.e. Windows Operating System) and computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Understanding of Accounting Software (i.e. Xero, MYOB, and Practice Management Software) is an advantage.

· Would like to develop your career in the professions

· Desire to work collaboratively with a team, contribute to the culture and learn from others
