We are currently seeking a Graduate / Junior Accountant to join our close-knit team. Whether you are a recent graduate or an undergraduate completing your degree, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Business Advisory, Taxation, and Outsourced Accounting, while receiving ongoing training, mentoring, and support for your CA/CPA

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day client accounting, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Prepare monthly client reports, quarterly activity statements (BAS, IAS, FBT, Payroll Tax), and statutory lodgements.

Support the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.

Perform bookkeeping and payroll tasks using Xero and MYOB.

Liaise directly with clients, managing their requests and correspondence professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Eager to commence or currently enrolled in the CA/CPA (study support provided).

Prior experience in an accounting firm is welcomed but not essential — motivated graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and passion for learning.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship preferred (other visa holders will be considered).
