What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule and reschedule jobs using ServiceM8

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and clients

Make follow-up calls to ensure quote approvals

Provide friendly and professional responses to enquiries

Liaise with real estate agents, strata managers, tenants, homeowners, and our technicians

Maintain the daily and weekly job schedule

Keep job records accurate and up to date in ServiceM8,

Using other platforms tools such Teams, Monday and Otter

Work from your home office in Melbourne

Optional: Support social media if you're interested!

Who You Are:

Experience in construction and/or the insurance industry is an advantage

Experienced in scheduling or working in the trades and service industry

Extensive experience using ServiceM8 is a must

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Friendly, confident, and professional communicator

Calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems

Based in Melbourne and available to work from home full-tim

Hours & Location:

Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work from home – must be based in Melbourne and available for face-to-face meetings as required.
