HiTech Power Solutions is a growing company in the RV electrical industry, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in Somerton, Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical knowledge, great customer service skills, and a business mindset who can take charge of daily operations and assist in driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on and diverse role that involves:

· Managing & Handling stock and inventory for RV electrical product

· Dealing with suppliers and testing product suitability

· Products research and developments

· Creating advertisements and promoting products in social media

· Handling customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone/email

· Providing technical support and product knowledge to clients

· Working closely with management to report on sales, operations, and suggest improvements

· Identifying opportunities to grow and streamline the business

· Coordinating small projects and job scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

· Solid understanding of RV or general electrical systems

· Experience in customer service or a client-facing role

· Good organisational and time management skills

· Confident in using computer systems and reporting tools

· A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently

· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred):

· Experience in the RV industry

· Stock management or warehouse experience

· Electrical trade background
