Aspen is looking for a Site Coordinator to join the team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for supporting the effective coordination of logistics and on-site operations across Aspen’s project portfolio. The Site Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining site readiness, assisting with contractor scheduling, and upholding safety and compliance standards. This position helps streamline communication between site teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to enable seamless project execution and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Project Director, Melbourne, the Site Coordinator will support the coordination of site logistics, assist in managing daily site operations, and ensure the efficient flow of materials and resources across multiple project sites. The role involves liaising with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, maintaining inventory records, assisting with site compliance tasks, and supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day operational duties. Single cab UTE will be provided.
This position requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on time. The role collaborates closely with project managers, site supervisors, and the production team to ensure seamless execution of site activities and alignment with project schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES
Essential
· Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
· White Card (Construction Induction) – required.
· Valid driver’s licence.
· Experience in commercial interiors, construction, or related industries preferred.
· Hold full working rights in Australia.
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of construction logistics, site operations, and workplace safety.
· Confident using digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication (e.g. MS Office, project management apps).
· Sound verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to interpret delivery dockets, plans, and schedules.
· Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on site support duties when required.
