Key Responsibilities

• Order Management – Oversee and coordinate retail and supermarket orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to automate and improve logistics operations.
• Problem Resolution – Address logistics challenges with a solutions-driven approach.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with freight providers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Inventory & Compliance – Monitor stock movements and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operational management
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
• 1+ years experience with SAP
