The Opportunities

Head of People & Culture

Location: Multi-office network across Inner South / Bayside Melbourne.

Salary Package: $112,000 – $134,400

Reporting to: Directors

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

In this role, you’ll lead the people strategy and HR functions across multiple offices. From recruitment and onboarding through to performance development, culture initiatives, compliance, and employee wellbeing, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring this highly regarded business continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine hands-on HR delivery with big-picture strategy — perfect for a proactive, collaborative people leader.

Operations Manager

Location: Inner West Melbourne

Salary: $134,400 – $145,600

Reporting to: Directors

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

We’re looking for an experienced operations professional to lead the day-to-day running of both Sales and Property Management. This role will oversee HR, finance, compliance, systems, processes, and team performance while driving growth and ensuring operational excellence.

As a confident, commercially minded leader, you’ll bring the ability to manage people, property, and process seamlessly. If you’re ready to step into a strategic role with real influence, this is your chance.

About You

We’re looking for established leaders who are:

Experienced in HR, Operations or General Management (real estate or related industries)

People-first in approach, with proven leadership and coaching skills

Commercially and strategically minded

Confident communicators who can influence and engage at all levels

Organised, pragmatic, and capable of balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
