Our client is a very successful and reputable Inner City Real Estate business specialising in Property Management, Real Estate Sales, Project Development and Strata Management.

They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their fun and friendly team to take on approximately 180 properties around CBD, West Melbourne & North Melbourne locations with full leasing and administration support

This is a Monday to Friday role only, 9.00am to 5.30pm. Off street undercover secure parking is offered, as well as the use of fully maintained company cars if you don't own a vehicle (valid Drivers License essential)

They have state the art offices that include full access to a gym and relaxation room, and a roof top terrace with breathtaking views of the city skyline where you can enjoy a wind down drink on a Friday night with the team. Stand up desks are offered to all staff who would prefer this set up.

Proficiency in PropertyME is highly desirable, they also use SNUG. The Department Head and Team Leader are extremely hands on and supportive to the staff, with their office doors 'always open'. They would love this new recruit to value a positive work environment and great work culture.
