Join Hepburn Shire Council as our next Manager People and Culture
Hepburn Shire Council is seeking a dynamic Manager People & Culture to lead our people and culture function with heart, strategy, and impact.
This is a pivotal leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll guide talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, employee relations, HR systems and safety and wellbeing initiatives—while fostering a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is solution-oriented with experience designing and implementing cultural uplift and leadership development initiatives.
- Brings strong generalist HR capabilities and can pivot between strategic planning and coaching support.
- Has enterprise agreement experience and can confidently lead negotiations and ER matters.

We support flexible working arrangements, and welcome applications from candidates seeking between 0.80 to 1.00 FTE, worked across a minimum of 4 days per week.
