What you’ll enjoy in this role:

• Manage a low-risk, growth-driven portfolio that allows you to focus on quality, not just volume
• Receive hands-on support from a dedicated Strata Assistant and support departments to lighten your workload

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted strata advisor
• Coordinating AGMs and committee meetings with ease
• Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes (with support from specialist departments)
• Providing guidance on by-laws, compliance, and legislation
• Overseeing insurance, maintenance, and repair coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1-2+ years’ experience in Strata Management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and maintain professionalism at all times
