Head Chef – Full-time role

We are looking for a full-time qualified Chef to join our busy team. The successful candidate must come with very good communication and leadership skills.

Duties:

·Take full ownership of the kitchen working alongside management, leading the team to deliver exceptional food and service.

· Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations — ordering, stock control, cleaning, food safety, and compliance.

· Maintain strong communication and collaboration with front-of-house and bar teams.

· Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

· Mentor, train, and inspire your team to continually improve skills and efficiency.

Key requirements:

Certificate IV Commercial Cookery

At least 2 years' Chef experience in a successful commercial kitchen

Salary range: $75000 – $85000 depending on experience
