The Company
Our client is a well-established business with a strong footprint in Australia, supplying into specialised space’s. With continued growth in their customer base and distribution channels, they are now seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their Brisbane-based team. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring operational excellence across logistics and order management.

The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will be responsible for:

  • Processing and managing customer orders, quotations, and related service activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Responding professionally to product and order enquiries via phone and email, resolving freight, billing, and service-related issues.
  • Liaising with logistics and sales teams to provide accurate updates on incoming and outgoing goods schedules.
  • Identifying and escalating customer issues, potential sales opportunities, and system gaps to management for resolution.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain documentation, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives through smarter ways of working, promoting collaboration across the team.
  • Supporting billing dispute resolution and maintaining strong follow-up practices to enhance the customer experience.


Your Background

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Logistics Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and prior ERP experience.
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A team player who values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
