As the first point of contact for our business, we are looking for someone with demonstrated drive, initiative, positive can-do attitude and experience in customer service environments. Someone who won’t hesitate to go above and beyond to serve the Concept2 community/customer.

This is a permanent position located in our Burleigh Heads office.

What you’ll do

As Customer Service you will take & process orders, answer customer queries, provide product information via phone, email & in person and troubleshoot with customers needing assistance.

You will work closely with all other areas of the business in a small team environment locally, as well as liaising with colleagues from our international offices. The role also entails occasional travel and weekend work for events.

Most of all, you will be a team player who thrives as part of a small, tight knit group. Your personality will add to Concept2’s relaxed, but professional environment and you will have the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

· Demonstrated experience in customer service, with detailed trouble shooting skills and the ability to listen to customers needs.

· Exemplary communication skills, with a positive personality that leads to long lasting customer relationships.

· High proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office software and technology.

· A team-oriented focus to support other areas of the business.

· Must have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised.

· A focus on clean working practices to ensure compliance with WHS standards.

· A current driver’s license and current and future eligibility to work in Australia.

· A passion for rowing, sports or fitness will be highly regarded.
