Role Overview
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process across multiple commercial construction projects. This includes sourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules and budgets. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including project managers, estimators, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to commercial construction requirements
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance throughout the project lifecycle
