You’ll be the go-to expert for high-risk and complex contracts, embedding best practice across the organisation and ensuring our systems are integrated, compliant, and future-ready. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage medium to high-risk contracts across operational teams
- Develop contract strategies, plans, and documentation
- Monitor performance, risk, and compliance across all phases
- Advise on procurement systems and contract variations
- Lead market research and supplier engagement
- Collaborate with WHS and procurement teams to embed safety and governance
- Brief senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Team
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a commercially savvy contract professional with a passion for safety, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualification in contract management, law, or related discipline
- Proven experience managing complex contracts or operational projects
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of procurement frameworks and risk management
- Ability to influence and educate diverse teams
- Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
