You’ll be the go-to expert for high-risk and complex contracts, embedding best practice across the organisation and ensuring our systems are integrated, compliant, and future-ready. If you thrive on solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and making a real impact—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage medium to high-risk contracts across operational teams
  • Develop contract strategies, plans, and documentation
  • Monitor performance, risk, and compliance across all phases
  • Advise on procurement systems and contract variations
  • Lead market research and supplier engagement
  • Collaborate with WHS and procurement teams to embed safety and governance
  • Brief senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Team

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a commercially savvy contract professional with a passion for safety, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in contract management, law, or related discipline
  • Proven experience managing complex contracts or operational projects
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of procurement frameworks and risk management
  • Ability to influence and educate diverse teams
  • Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
