We are looking for an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to join our fast-paced distribution business. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the senior management team, providing essential support to executive leaders and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

About your new role

• Work as an integral member of the senior management team
• Manage executive calendars and travel, prioritising workflow to meet commitments
• Draft internal communications to employees, including staff announcements, new initiatives, and company updates
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide expense management and general administrative support
• Support organisation of meetings, events, and staff engagement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in coordination, team support, or executive assistant roles
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
• Experience in logistics or distribution is an advantage
