Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor our architectural team of professionals

Oversee project delivery from concept through completion

Maintain client relationships and participate in business development

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards

Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies

Essential Requirements

Registered architect with 5+ years post-graduation experience

Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience

Proficiency in ArchiCAD software suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Current knowledge of building codes and planning regulations

Proven ability to work collaboratively in small team environments

Desirable Requirements

Experience with residential projects

Business development or client acquisition experience (not critical)
