About the role

CHC St Louis Estate is seeking an experienced Retirement Village Manager to oversee the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our state-of-the-art retirement village located in Claremont, WA. This is a contract role of 2 days a week job sharing with the existing manager until the end of the year , offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our thriving community.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day operations of the retirement village, ensuring a high standard of service and quality of life for residents

Oversee resident engagement and customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Manage and lead the village staff

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies

Collaborate with external stakeholders such as healthcare providers and government agencies

Contribute to the strategic development of the retirement village

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar retirement village or aged care management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, staff and external partners

Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills
