About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Turbocharger Parts Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a phone and email-based sales role where you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email regarding turbocharger parts, availability, and compatibility.

Act as a diagnostic partner: asking the right questions to understand the root cause of customer issues and provide effective parts solutions.

Proactively make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to build relationships and generate new sales.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our system.

Provide expert product advice and technical support to assist customers in selecting the right parts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Liaise with our warehouse team to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve any delivery queries.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

About You:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive parts industry.

A genuine passion for cars and mechanical parts; knowledge of turbochargers is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
