FERAQuip Sales & Services Group is a dynamic and fast-growing company specialising in the sales of Elevating Work Platforms (EWPs) including scissor lifts, boom lifts, as well as a growing range of Earthmoving machinery and Hooklift systems. With the rapid growth of our operations, we are seeking the motivated Sales Professionals to join our Melbourne-based team.

About the Roles

Junior Sales Representative

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

· Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking

· Schedule and attend client meetings or site visits to present offerings and understand customer needs

· Support the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and related documentation

· Follow up on leads and customer inquiries professionally and promptly

· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

· Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in generating basic sales reports

Successful Candidate:

· A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

· A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative

· Interest in the construction, machinery, or industrial equipment sector (prior experience is a plus but not essential)

· A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings
