Our Sales & Management Program is your blueprint for success. You’ll start with the essentials and build your way to leading your own team—all while earning, growing, and making an impact.

Here’s the path:

Entry-Level Sales Representative – Learn the fundamentals, gain confidence, and start closing sales.

Senior Sales Agent – Take your performance to the next level with leadership responsibilities and uncapped commissions.

Sales Trainer – Share your knowledge, coach new reps, and grow as a leader.

Team Leader – Lead a team of 5, drive results, and deepen your leadership skills.

Executive Manager – Manage a team of 10 while developing operational and backend management expertise.

Campaign Manager – Take full ownership of a campaign, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Skills/Experience Required:

Engage with potential customers in a face-to-face sales environment across both B2B and residential sales campaigns

Present and promote products/services with confidence

Learn top-tier sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

Be part of a high-energy, results-driven team

Candidates with experience in any face-to-face role or fast-paced environment will excel in this role

A valid driver’s license and reliable car (preferred, but not essential)
