With growth on the horizon, the company is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to drive sales and build lasting partnerships.
The Role:
As part of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. You’ll play a key role in promoting high-quality flooring products to a broad client base, ensuring each project is supported from specification through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and securing new business within the residential, architectural, and commercial sectors
Building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, builders, and designers
Delivering product presentations, samples, and tailored solutions to clients
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets
Monitoring market activity and competitor offerings to guide sales strategy
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and project delivery
About You:
This role will suit a motivated and results-driven professional who is eager to progress in their career. You may already be in the building products or interiors space, or you might bring transferable skills from another B2B sales background.
