FERAQuip Sales & Services Group is a dynamic and fast-growing company specialising in the sales of Elevating Work Platforms (EWPs) including scissor lifts, boom lifts, as well as a growing range of Earthmoving machinery and Hooklift systems. With the rapid growth of our operations, we are seeking the motivated Sales Professionals to join our Melbourne-based team:

About the Roles

We’re seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Representative with 1+ years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Victoria and surrounding regions. This is a hands-on, high-impact position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

· Drive sales of EWP equipment as well as Earthmoving and related machinery

· Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to grow market share across Victoria and interstate

· Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, service, and finance, to ensure a smooth customer experience

· Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

· Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support strategic planning

Successful Candidate:

· Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferably in machinery, construction, or access equipment)

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

· Strong industry knowledge or willingness to rapidly learn the EWP and Earthmoving market

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
