About the role

As Site Foreman at LANDCON PTY LTD', you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects. This full-time role is based in Gladesville NSW 2111, the development is a mixed use residential commercial building comprising of 65 residential apartments and 4 commercial suites over 6 stories and a 2 level of basement parking

What you'll be doing

Organising and supervising construction teams to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Coordinating with project managers to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets and timelines

Monitoring workers' performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed

Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise on the construction site

Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant safety and building regulations

Maintaining detailed records of the project's progress and communicating updates to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory role

Minimum 5-8 years of Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols

Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to deliver high-quality work

Working knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards

Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints and specifications

Essential experience with multi-storey residential/commercial building projects
