Our client is a well-established builder with over 30 years’ experience delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. With projects typically ranging from $1M–$30M across NSW.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to join the team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects on-site, ensuring smooth delivery, strong client relationships, and quality outcomes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades across multiple job sites
• Conduct quality checks and ensure a high standard of workmanship
• Interpret and work from building plans, engineering reports, and specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including programs, invoices, and reporting
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with OH&S and QA standards
• Liaise with clients professionally, attending inspections and resolving issues as required

Skills & Experience

• Trade background or tertiary qualified Licensed Builder highly desirable
• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong technical understanding of the building process from groundworks to fitout and interiors
• Proven ability to lead and support subcontractors while maintaining positive relationships
• Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Keen eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality finishes
• Strong understanding of OH&S and QA requirements
