We are a close knit team that typically delivers 4-5 projects concurrently, primarily across Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking a new Site Manager / Working Foreman to join our team to help us deliver on our pipeline of exciting projects.

Job description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to help deliver a $10m + luxury new build in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. Working closely with the Director and Construction Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

Reading and interpreting architectural plans, engineering drawings and other project documentation to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to specifications

Supervising the work of Carpenters, HP Constructions staff and subcontractors on your site.

Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders

Accurate Site set-outs

Help establish and drive short term programs that help deliver the project on time, whilst maintaining a high quality of work

Be comfortable being both on the tools or in the site office

Your skills and experience

Proven experience delivering projects valued at $10m or above

Have a carpentry trade background

Experience with complex glazing and off form-concrete

Reliable references who will validate your exprience

Strong building knowledge

Good communicator and ability to build relationships
