Remedial Working Site Foreman – Sydney Based

We are a Sydney-based remedial building company seeking an experienced Remedial Working Site Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role managing sites across Sydney, leading crews, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, lead and motivate site personnel and subcontractors

Manage day-to-day site operations and workflow

Read, interpret, and implement construction specifications, drawings, and regulated designs

Coordinate trades and materials to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce WHS compliance at all times

Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship across remedial building works (façade repairs, waterproofing, structural rectification, concrete cancer repair, etc.)

Liaise with project managers, engineers, strata managers, and clients regarding project progress and site issues

Prepare and maintain daily site records and progress reports

Assist with programming and scheduling of works

Ensure site cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards are met

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman / Leading Hand within remedial building or construction

Trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry, Bricklaying, or similar) preferred

Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings and engineering specifications

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example

Strong focus on safety and compliance

Current driver’s licence (company car provided)
