We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-regarded organisation on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong end-to-end payroll processing experience who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing for a medium workforce fortnightly

Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and company policies

Handling payroll queries and providing excellent employee support

Managing payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end requirements

Assisting with payroll-related projects and process improvements

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with a particular payroll system is not essential.
