Role Summary

We’re looking for a Payroll Officer who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time, while ensuring compliance is taken care of. Working alongside a supportive finance department, this role is a great chance to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation where people truly care about what they do.

About the role

• Running end-to-end payroll with accuracy and care
• Preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll for 160 employees
• Helping staff with payroll queries and making the process easy to understand
• Updating and maintaining payroll records

Skills and experience

• Solid experience in payroll and a strong understanding of payroll legislation
• Someone confident with payroll systems and Excel
• A detail-oriented, organised approach
• Experience with Netsuite (Oracle) is a bonus, but not essential
