The property management team boasts long-term staff, thanks to the Directors’ strong engagement and commitment to work-life balance. This agency refuses to compromise on service; portfolio will depend on your abilities, standard portfolio sits around 200 with support of a share property officer.

Ideally we are looking for a Senior Property Manager, due to a long standing staff member who is leaving after many years of service. We may consider 4 days per week or flexible working arrangements for working parents.

THE ROLE.

• Portfolio of 200 - 300 using Property Tree
• Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and maintain high service standards.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Deliver timely, accurate reports to landlords.
• Resolve issues proactively to avoid escalation to NCAT.
• Delegate to a Junior Property Officer & Leasing

THE PERSON.

• Property Management Experience / Exposure is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a large professional environment.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Loves what they do, and loves to have fun.
