Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging in industry sector (only SME's and up)
Oversee tax compliance and planning for businesses
Provide value add CFO services to clients
Successfully manage a team while being supported by the other partners
Experience managing a team of 2-5 staff members is required
Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives by identifying referral work
Likes working with HNW Groups, completing interesting high level work
A little bit about you:
10+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
CA or CPA qualifications
Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
Experience in business restructuring, CFO services, and tax planning advisory services is essential
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
Business development experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
On outlook for a long term role, becoming a key pillar of the business
