To be successful you will have the following:

• Experience delivering property development projects, particularly in high density and townhouse sector
• Well versed in QLD planning legislation, approval pathways, and development processes
• Skilled in building strong relationships and managing stakeholders across all project stages
• Experienced in preparing and analysing feasibility models using tools such as Estate Master
• Holds tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related field
