The Role

Our client is a leading private property developer with an impressive pipeline of projects across the commercial and retail sectors. With strong financial backing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality developments, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, overseeing consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. You’ll be given the autonomy to make critical decisions, backed by a supportive leadership team that values initiative and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial and retail development projects
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee feasibility, budgeting, programming, and project reporting
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all project stages
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

About You

• Proven experience in project management within commercial or retail developments
• Strong understanding of construction, design, and development processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or a related field
