This is a unique and autonomous opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a residential office and manage the small commercial portfolio of 70 tenancies and oversee all day to day operations (a full job description can be provided upon request)

The idea is for the successful candidate to continue managing the existing portfolio to the high standard it has been managed, however our client is also wanting the next person to place a big focus and importance on growth. You must love management as well as business development (and you will be rewarded very generously in return including commissions for leasing, releasing and new managements)

The portfolio is predominantly small retail warehousing – mainly around the Oakleigh/Clayton/Monash area. The office provides a great, professional, friendly and flexible environment that is Monday to Friday role only. They work on the cloud based system Property Tree, so flexibility and permanent remote/WFH working arrangements will be considered as you are running your own show in your own office!

A thorough handover and induction will be provided to the successful candidate who should transition and settle in very quickly with minimal issues due to the current person transitioning to a new role within the business that will still be around for any support/queries.
