THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Property Manager who’s ready to step into a dynamic role with real variety and clear career progression. You’ll work closely with our experienced Property Managers, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to more complex projects. This is the perfect launchpad for someone eager to carve out a long-term career in Commercial Real Estate.

Reporting to Senior Property Management, your responsibilities will include:

· Database management and accurate record keeping

· Assisting with inspections, preparing detailed inspection reports

· Client and tenant liaison, ensuring 6-star service at every touchpoint

· Supporting maintenance coordination and contractor management

· Assisting with arrears monitoring and reporting

· Preparing letters, emails and property documentation

· Insurance and essential services reporting

· Market reviews, lease options and expiry reporting

· Supporting with budgeting, reconciliations and outgoings estimates

· General administration and team support as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO JONES

· Commercial experience or 2–3 years in residential property (commercial preferred)

· Current Agent’s Representative Certificate

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure property management systems (Cirrus8)

· A positive, proactive and adaptable mindset - ready to pitch in and learn

· A collaborative spirit - you thrive in a small team where everyone has an impact

· Driver’s licence preferred
