your role
Supporting the Property Management, Sales and Leasing team, you will:

• Prepare leasing documentation and tenancy agreements
• Process tenancy applications, including reference checks
• Assist with trust accounting and rental arrears management
• Coordinate property repairs, maintenance and inspections
• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries in a timely manner
• Provide property updates and advice on maintenance requirements
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and key external stakeholders

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Background in property management (residential property experience also highly regarded)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with client service focus
• Proficiency in Property Management applications
