A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a lovely team in Melbourne's Inner CBD (St Kilda Road)

Based in a excellent location, this role will work for a Developer and oversee a small commercial portfolio spread across three Developments within Melbourne. The portfolio will make up of a mixture of commercial and retail and is currently sitting at about 25 properties.

This autonomous role will provide the commercial property management knowledge and experience for the company and report to the General Manager of this successful Property Developer.

The Head Office based in St Kilda Road, provides a great environment and friendly team. With administration support and continual development opportunities, this role would make a different and interesting career move.

The portfolios are located across Melbourne in three seperate developments and after familiarising yourself with the properties, most of your time will be spent at Head Office.

Experience in Commercial Property Management is essential to be considered for this role and as the company grows, the role offers genuine opportunity to expand the department and your role. This along with the opportunity to run your own show and utilise your experience in a different environment, make the position very appealing.
