Care Manager - Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join the team at this highly regarded Residential Aged Care home.

About the Role:
This role involves leading and managing clinical care for residents, supporting and guiding staff, and monitoring performance.
You will improve resident care programs, resolve workplace conflicts, support and direct staff, maintain facility operations in the absence of the manager, and serve as the team leader for the care team.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• 2+ Years experience as a Care Manager / CCC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in evaluating and reviewing practice standards, assessment tools, and care plans in aged care.
• Deep understanding of clinical governance and quality frameworks.
