We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to join a large, well-supported residential aged care home located in Albury. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

About the role:
As Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality clinical care, supporting the Facility Manager, and leading a team of committed clinicians and care staff. You’ll be part of a professional and collaborative environment where your leadership will directly influence resident wellbeing and team culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical governance and care delivery across the home
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of clinical and care staff
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Support the Facility Manager with operational and clinical leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice in resident care

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous leadership experience in aged care (Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator or similar)
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication and people skills
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of older Australians
