Take over a portfolio of 230 properties where 95% of it is located within 5km of the Sydney CBD. Benefit from Leasing and inspection support, and no trust accounting responsibilities. Manage some stunning city and harbour side apartments whilst enjoying the convenience of catching the train to work.

• Handle arrears, rent reviews & lease renewals
• Complete outgoing inspections & process bond claims
• Coordinate maintenance & trades
• Liaise with strata & building managers
• Prepare for and attend NCAT

Experience required

• Experience managing a portfolio on your own
• A drivers license and access to a car
• Class 2 Real Estate License
• Highly organised
• The ability to further mentor your assistant
