Bay Grocer is Byron Bay's local food store. The home of beautiful produce, interesting products and great service. Our cafe serves Allpress coffee, fresh pressed juice and smoothies accompanied by a small a la carte menu and cabinet full of pastries.

We are looking for a front of house legend to pick up 4-5 shifts a week and deliver the high level of customer service we are known for. You will need to be a seasoned barista with at least 2 years experience in a face paced cafe serving dine in and take away coffees. Most importantly we are looking for a positive energy and enthusiasm - a spark to add to the small team.

Some weekend work is likely but we are only open during the days so you can still get your afternoon surf or lighthouse walk each day and enjoy living in Byron as much as we all do.

The cafe team is small with 5-6 staff but you are part of a much bigger picture of the grocery store with colleagues from all backgrounds.
