We’ve just completed a multi-million dollar refurbishment, and now we’re launching our brand new bistro — Brell House — right in the heart of St Marys Diggers

We’re building a top-tier Front of House team from the ground up. Whether you’re an experienced FOH Manager, a fast-paced bartender, or a reliable floor runner, we want passionate hospitality pros ready to make an impact from day one.

We’re Hiring:

FOH Managers & Supervisors – Confident leaders who can run service, support the team, and deliver top-tier guest experiences.

Bartenders – Fast, friendly, and skilled with cocktails, beers, and banter.

Floor Runners & Section Waitstaff – Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and a positive attitude

Great personal presentation and reliability

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience preferred, but training available for the right people
