Since opening its doors in October 2020, Happyfield has quickly earned a reputation as one of Sydney’s busiest and most beloved cafés. We’ve been featured in Broadsheet, Timeout, Good Food, and the Sydney Morning Herald—and we’re proud to have recently taken home the Good Food Guide 2024 Café of the Year award.

You are:

Genuinely in love with hospitality

A natural communicator who makes every guest feel welcome and special

Well-presented and confident in your communication

Experienced in all aspects of Front of House and happy to go the extra mile

Thriving in a fast-paced environment

Available to work weekends

Positions Available

Waitstaff – Minimum 2 years' experience

Barista – Minimum 2 years' experience

Bartender – Minimum 1 year experience

Food & Beverage Runners – Minimum 1 year experience
