Rosefina’s is a groovy little restaurant/bar serving traditional Mexican food in Billinudgel, NSW—just north of Brunswick Heads. Nestled in one of the last hidden gems of Byron Shire, Billinudgel retains its unique character and charm, loved by locals old and new.

Rosefina’s is creating a fun and laid-back dining experience. Our space has been designed to encourage patrons to feel at home with a combination of simple, quirky and retro style. While accessible to all we still choose to work with top shelf ingredients in our cocktails. We offer local beers and premium wines. Our kitchen focuses on traditional Mexican recipes handed down through generations and made from scratch. For us the heart and soul of Mexico is family, friends, fun and connection. Food made with love accompanied by good music, good service and good tequila.

About You:

We’re looking for a team player who:

• Has a conscientious attitude to the business and helping it be the best it can be.

• Is passionate about the customer experience.

• Adaptable to different situations and conditions. Sometimes we will be very busy, sometimes we will be quiet. Being able to self-motivate at all times is essential.

• Is organised, reliable, and exercises a sense of responsibility.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise initiative. A ‘solution finder’ not just a ‘problem reporter’.

• Minimum 2 years experience for FOH or 4 years experience in a chef role or similar.

• Is available to work most weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
