Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
Location: Brisbane CBD

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing and managing asset maintenance and defect logging systems. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and external vendors, contributing to a critical review and upgrade of core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document current business processes and system requirements related to asset maintenance and defect logging.
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors supporting bespoke Asset Maintenance Management Systems (AMMS) and Autonomous Defect Logging (ADL) tools.
• Support the evaluation and optimization of existing ICT systems that capture and prioritize road asset defects, graffiti, and litter.
• Lead the business requirements gathering in preparation for a future market tender process for system suppliers (planned for late 2026).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business needs with technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in asset management environments.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external technology vendors.
• Ability to manage projects within defined timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
