About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to join this collaborative and technically skilled team. You will work across a range of delivery methods, including Building Contracting, Design & Construct, Construction Management and Early Contractor Involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage contracts for construction projects across multiple sectors.

Oversee procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost control processes.

Collaborate with design teams, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor budgets, progress claims, and variations.

Support the project team to meet contractual and compliance obligations.

Skills & Experience:

4+ years in a Contracts Administrator role (commercial projects).

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project administration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
