Job Summary:

The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating our Leadership Development Programs to ensure the effective execution of workshops and personalised coaching sessions.

This role involves managing logistics, liaising with facilitators and participants, and ensuring all the necessary materials are available for each client workshop/session. The coordinator must oversee and stay informed about all client programs running simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all participants, addressing enquiries and providing support as needed.

Communicate program details, schedules, and updates to all stakeholders.

Organise and manage workshops, including venue booking, calendar invitations, equipment setup, and material preparation.

Coordinate with facilitators and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.

Track program attendance, materials and resources.

Maintain accurate records and databases of training activities.

Skills:

Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work across multiple diaries.

Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in event or training coordination
