About the Role
As a Support Coordinator at Allinto, you’ll be the trusted guide helping people with disabilities make the most of their NDIS plans. You’ll connect clients with the right services, support them in achieving their goals, and be a reliable point of contact through challenges and changes. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and providers to build tailored, effective support networks that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do
• Help clients and families navigate and access the NDIS supports they need
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and service providers
• Coordinate and implement NDIS supports in line with client goals
• Support skill-building and community engagement
• Be responsive and reliable, especially during critical moments
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to the NDIS

What You Bring
• Experience in Support Coordination or similar roles
• Good understanding of the NDIS
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with psychosocial disability (highly regarded)
• Tech-savvy and confident working remotely
• A passion for person-centred, empowering support

Essential Requirements
• Current driver’s licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Orientation Module: “Quality, Safety & You”
• Relevant qualifications in disability, community, or human services (desirable)
• Australian working rights (with no restrictions)
