Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries online and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include generating sales orders and quotes, processing returns, answering order inquiries, setting up customer accounts, and generating reports. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and upholding our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and online platforms

Generate sales orders and provide accurate quotes to customers

Process returns and resolve order-related issues

Answer inquiries related to orders and products

Set up and maintain customer accounts

Generate reports to support sales & warehouse operations

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience

Uphold and promote TacMed's brand reputation

What We Offer:

Salary of $65,000 plus super

Full-time position with a 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off!)

A few years of experience keeping people happy

Great at communication in person and online

You probably make spreadsheets to plan holidays

You don't need someone looking over your shoulder.. you get things done

Fast at picking up new software and tech stuff easily. Maybe even type with more than two fingers.
